outdoor activities

Playing outdoors is a form of excercise that promotes well being and wholesome physical development. Children love to play outdoors; it allows them to explore the environment, develop muscle strength and co-ordination and improves self-confidence.
Playing actively outdoors also increases flexibility and fine and gross motor skills. it also helps children to socialize in the playground with other children that are not in their classroom. Outdoors, children can use their outdoor voices and release a lot of energy while being loud and running, jumping, climbing, sliding etc.
