Maths week at home too
It is very important that even you at home provide a lot of different ways to experience and explore mathematical concepts, numbers, shapes and colours!
Here are some links that you can get ideas from to do at home :

Maths Week
Developing number concepts at an early age is very important in developing positive attitudes about mathematics in the future years. Special methods and activities will help children to develop early numeracy skills. These methods include the use of motivating and engaging concrete materials that children can manipulate. Young children need to experience a lot of 'doing' and 'saying' before written numbers will make sense to them.
